Whether you’re playing American Roulette or European Roulette, you will know that the buzz of the game gets you straight away. The build up as everyone is placing their bets, trying to work out what strategy they are using, then the no more bets call and that split second where the world around you stops and the only noise is the ball as it rotates around the wheel, starting to slow down, are your numbers coming in…. Welcome to the world of roulette.

The rules of roulette are simple. Pick a number, or numbers, place your bets and then cross your fingers. However, over the years, many people have developed betting strategies to enhance their odds of winning. Some of these strategies are more famous than others. A few to give you an example of the more well known strategies would be the Martingale, the reverse Martingale, The Fibonacci, the D’Alembert and the 007 or James Bond strategy. Some are similar to others, some completely different but we will go through each strategy in a lot more depth in some of our linked articles. We will also cover the betting on a roulette table, you have many different types of betting depending if you’re going groups or colours, singles or doubles but again, there will be articles which explain this in more detail.
